/IRBIS, December 3, 09/ - President of Kazakhstan Mr. Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012", - it's published today, indicated in the official web site of the head of the State message. As previously reported on November 12, 2009 at the plenary session Senate deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan adopted a law "On guaranteed transfer from the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2010-2012".
