/KASE, December 1, 09/ - Alliance Bank (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter on delay by ALB Finance B.V. (Rotterdam) of the eighth coupon interest payment on its international bonds XS0234283264 (KASE official list buffer category, ASBNe2; $200.0 m; November 22, 05 - November 22, 10, the semi-annual coupon 9.000 % APR, 30/360). According to the mentioned bonds issue circular ALB Finance B.V. must have paid the interest on November 22, 2009. In the letter Alliance Bank informed that: quotation starts Hereby Alliance Bank (hereinafter - the Bank) notifies that on November 22, 2009 the Bank did not pay the coupon on eurobonds (ISIN Code: XS0234283264 of November 22, 2005) due to the effect of Almaty City Specialized Financial Court decision #2-21/2009 of September 18, 2009 on Alliance Bank restructuring, according to which the Bank creditors claims suspension due to obligations restructuring.
