/KASE, November 26, 09/ - ATFBank (Almaty, hereinafter - the Bank), acting as
the representative of holders of infrastructure bonds KZ2CKY13B996 (KASE
official list Non-rated Debt Securities second subcategory, BTTRb1; KZT100,
KZT18,830.0 m; March 30, 06 - March 30, 19, the annual coupon indexed at the
inflation rate, 9.20 % APR for the current coupon period, 30/360) of Batys tranzit
(Almaty, hereinafter - the Company), informed KASE by the official letter that:

The Bank informs on signing on November 12, 2009 of the Contract on changes
and additions to guarantee agreement of January 9, 2006 #2DP002, conclude
based on resolution of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan #1584 of
October 13, 2009, which improves protection of the Company bonds holders
through the increase of the state guarantee amount.
