/IRBIS, November 18, 09/ - Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics (Agency) issued on November 17 on its website (www.stat.kz) the outcome of the social and economic development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in January- October 2009. According to the Agency's per capita nominal money incomes of the population estimated in September 2009 amounted to KTZ 34,777. The increase compared with September 2008 and amounted to 7.0% in nominal and 0.9% in real cash incomes. Average monthly nominal wages, accrued to employees in September 2009 amounted to KTZ 67,357. Increase to September 2008 amounted to 7.8%. The real wage index in September 2008 amounted to 101.7%. Consumer price index in October 2009 compared to December 2008 amounted to 105.1%. Food prices increased by 2.4%, non-food - by 7.4%, paid services - by 6.7%. Prices manufacturers of industrial products in October 2009 compared with December 2008 increased by 21.2%. On the price situation in the industry, last month, was influenced by cheaper oil to 3.4% and gas condensate production by 1.9%. However, the resale price of decent housing decreased by 0.6%. The gross domestic product, according to operative data, in January-September 2009, at current prices amounted to KTZ 11,202.6 billion. The reduction in real GDP over the same period in 2008 amounted to 2.2%. In the structure of the GDP share of production of goods amounted to 42.3% and services in 56.4%. Investment in fixed assets in January-October 2009 amounted to KTZ 3470.4 billion, which is 1.7% more than during the same period last year. Foreign trade turnover in January-September 2009 amounted to $ 49,898.0 million (excluding the unorganized trade) decreased in comparison with January- September 2008 to 40.7%. Exports amounted to $ 29 366.7 million (a decrease of 47.7%), imports - $ 20,531.3 million (a decrease of 26.8%). Industrial output in January-October 2009 amounted to KTZ 7,004 billion in current prices, which is 0.2% less than in January-October 2008. The reduction observed in the manufacturing industry by 7.8%, production and distribution of electricity, gas and water by 4.5%. In mining industry production increased by 5.2%. However, for the ten months of this year increased production of crude oil, natural gas, uranium ore and producing petroleum products. The volume of production increased in five regions of the Republic. In general, the volume of industrial production amounted to 99.8%. Noted an increase in the rate of growth of industrial production. Income from the state budget to October 1, 2009 amounted to KTZ 2,577.9 billion, the cost - KTZ 2,818.1 billion, the budget deficit - KTZ 240.2 billion. Compared with the corresponding period in 2008 revenue increased by 2.1%, the cost of 2.2%. Financial result of large and medium-sized enterprises in the second quarter of 2009 was determined as a gain of KTZ 611.1 billion, which is 64.1% below the same period of 2008. The share of unprofitable enterprises among the total number-reporting was 42.6%. Credit investments of banks in the second level in sectors of the economy at the end of September 2009 amounted to KTZ 8,026.3 billion and increased in comparison with the corresponding period last year to 10,1%. The share of long- term loans amounted to 83.9%, loans in foreign currency - 51.4%. The volume of deposits in the banking system (deposit institutions) amounted to KTZ 6,445.3 billion, which is 26.9% more than in the corresponding month last year, of which deposits of individuals amounted to KTZ 1,836.9 billion and increased by 20.7%.
