IRBIS, Valeria Grychenko, November 16, 09/ - Results of borrowing of Finance Ministry and National Bank of Kazakhstan on the primary market for government securities from Oct. 9 to Oct.13, 2009: - weekly balance of net borrowing of Finance Ministry of Kazakhstan on the domestic market has developed in the amount plus KTZ 14,511.4 million - with the volume of service to KTZ 1,626.9 million issuer held two auctions: - November 10, on the placement of government treasury bonds MEUKAM-96 # 006 (NIN - KZKDKY080064) amounting to KTZ 413.3 million. - November 12, on the placement of government long-term savings and treasury obligations MEOKAM-24 # 078 (NIN - KZK2KY020784) amounting to KTZ 15.7 billion; - the balance of net borrowing of National Bank of Kazakhstan formed for the week of minus KTZ 13,078.3 million. Weekly balance of all government securities issuers to assess IRBIS was plus KTZ 1,433.1 million.
