/KASE, November 16, 09/ - Kaspi Bank (Almaty), a company listed on the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release dated
November 16, 2009:

kaspi bank acquired and introduced analytical software of SAS company, a
worldwide provider of business analysis and risk assessment software.
kaspi bank received additional tools to assess and control risks, monitor loan
portfolio and data base analysis.

provided proper use of high technologies, Mikhail Lomtadze, chairman of kaspi
bank said. - Technologies we invest into, allow for timely controlling risks,

acquisition".
