/KASE, November 5, 09/ - Alliance Bank (Almaty), a company listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (AFS) dated October 28, 2009, according to which AFS "takes to notice no bonds were placed in the period February 20 through August 20, 2009 within the sixth issue of the first bond program". According to AFS as on August 20, 2009 1,626,500 bonds were not placed.
