/KASE, October 22, 09/ - The Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) in
accordance with sub-item 1) of item 9-1 of the KASE internal document "Rules
on Repo Transactions" and sub-item 1) of item 3-2 of the KASE internal
document "Automatic Repo Market Specification" beginning October 22, 2009
banned use of bonds XS0234283264 (KASE, "buffer category", ASBNe2;
USD200.0 m; 22.11.05 - 22.11.10, semiannual coupon 9.00 % APR, 30/360) of
ALB Finance B.V. (Rotterdam) as repo subjects.
The decision was made after ALB Finance B.V. had failed to pay the seventh
coupon interest on bonds XS0251702618 (KASE, "buffer category", ASBNe3;
USD150.0 m; in circulation since April 19, 2006, semiannual coupon 9.375 %
APR, 30/360).
