According to the provided document by the sole shareholder of the company took the following decisions: - to approve the annual financial statements for 2008, confirmed by an independent auditor LLP Deloitte; - net income for 2008 of KTZ 423,723,000.0 to send to cover the losses of previous years; - not to pay dividends on common shares of the company by following results of 2008.
