/KASE, October 9, 09/ - Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) published today on
its website Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On
Making Changes and Additions to Resolution of the Government of the Republic
of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2009 # 466 "On Approval of Rules of Issue, Placement,
Circulation, Servicing and Maturity of Government Treasury Obligations of the
Republic of Kazakhstan of April 3, 2009 # 466"" of September 1, 2009 # 1295,
effective from September 1, 2009.
The mentioned Resolution defines the order of issue, placement, circulation,
servicing and maturity of special mid-term government securities for individuals
(MAOKAM).
MAOKAM are coupon serial securities, placed only among individuals - residents
of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the secondary market MAOKAM can be
bought by both individuals and legal entities - residents of the Republic of
Kazakhstan.
