AFS accepts to notice bonds KZP03Y07C612 (EUBNb6) of Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) March 1 through August 31, 2009 not placed

/KASE, October 2, 09/ - Eurasian Bank (Almaty), listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) dated September 24, 2009 according to which AFS "accepts to notice information bonds of the bank were not places in the period March 1, 2009 through August 31, 2009. According to the information of AFS as on September 1, 2009 49,953,200 of the bonds were not placed. The bonds (KZP03Y07C612, EUBNb6, KZT100, KZT5.0 bn; 01.09.08 - 01.09.15, semiannual coupon 11.00 % APR; 30/360) listed on KASE in the first subcategory of Non-rated debt securities beginning August 29, 2008.
