/KASE, October 1, 09/ - EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC (London) listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informed KASE: Quotation begins London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ('ENRC' or "the Group') is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Zaure Zaurbekova as an executive Director and Chief Financial Officer ('CFO') with effect from 30 September 2009. Ms Zaurbekova has been CFO Kazakhstan since 2001. From late 2007, she was Deputy CFO of ENRC and has been Acting CFO since the departure of Miguel Perry in June 2009. Dr Johannes Sittard, Chairman said: "I am delighted to welcome Zaure to the Board and congratulate her on her appointment as Chief Financial Officer. She has great knowledge of the company and has done an excellent job as acting CFO over the past few months".
