/KASE, September 18, 09/ - EURASIAN NATURAL RESOURCES CORPORATION PLC (London), common shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release dated September 16, 2009: Quotation begins London - Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation PLC ("ENRC" or "the Group") notes recent press speculation regarding discussions with Central African Mining and Exploration Company PLC ("CAMEC"). ENRC confirms that it is currently in advanced discussions with CAMEC regarding a potential offer for CAMEC. However whilst ENRC is engaged in such discussions and is assessing the merits of a potential transaction, there can be no certainty that such any transaction will proceed.
