/KASE, August 28, 09/ - BTA Bank's subsidiary-Temirbank (Almaty),
a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE
with a press release dated August 27, 2009:
Quotation beginning
On August 20 Temirbank's Board of Directors included Kerimkul Esbulatov
on the management board. Kerimkul Esbulatov became a deputy chairman
of the management board. Daulet Karimbaev and Marlen Zhakezhanov were
appointed as deputies of chairman of the management board.
Kerimkul Esbulatov was born in Almaty April 10, 1982. He graduated in 2003
(Hons) from Almaty Law Institute as a lawyer, in 2005 he majored (Hons) in
Business Administration in the International Business University.
Since 2004 he has been working in small and middle business department in
ATFBank. Beginning 2006 he worked in Sustainable development fund Kazyna,
September 2007 through February 2008 he was a head of budget planning and
controls, February 2008 through February 2009 he was a managing director in
Investment fund of Kazakhstan, February through August 2009 he was a
managing director in Alliance Bank.
