/KASE, August 20, 09/ - The Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on
August 20, 2009 in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 9-1 of the KASE internal
document "Rules on repo transactions" and sub-item 1) of item 3-2 of the KASE
internal document "Auto repo market specification" banned beginning August 20,
2009 use of the following bonds of TuranAlem Finance B.V. (Rotterdam) as repo
transaction subjects:
1. XS0168848801 (KASE official list, Rated debt securities, BTASe3);
2. USN89065AF89 (KASE official list, Rated debt securities, BTASe4);
3. XS0211873053 (US89989EAF43, KASE official list, Rated debt securities,
BTASe5);
4. XS0251881289 (US89989EAG26, KASE official list, Rated debt securities,
BTASe6).
The decision was made as TuranAlem Finance B.V. failed to pay the ninth
coupon interest on bonds XS0211873053 (US89989EAF43, KASE official list,
Rated debt securities, BTASe5; USD350.0 m; 10.02.05 - 10.02.15, semiannual
coupon 8.50 % APR, 30/360).
