/IRBIS, Valeriya Grichenko, August 17, 09/ - The Ministry of Finance and the National Bank of Kazakhstan ended the period of August 10 - 14, 2009 on the primary GS market with the following results: - the weekly net borrowing balance of the Ministry of Finance on the domestic market resulted in the amount of plus KZT16,388.7 m. - at KZT1 611.3 m. servicing volume, the issuer held one auction on placing of government middle - term treasury obligations MEUKAM-96 #005 (NIN - KZKDKY080056) for the amount of KZT18.0m. on August 12; - the weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank resulted in plus KZT64,637.5aving paid notes at KZT24,149.6 m., the issuer borrowed KZT88,787.1 m. at one auction. IRBIS estimates the weekly net borrowing balance of all GS issuers at plus KZT81,026.2 m.
