hereafter - the company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of certificate on state registration
of issue of securities dated April 14, 2009, replacing the one granter earlier.
According to the certificate national identification number (NIN) KZ2PKY05B833,
earlier assigned to issue of bonds of the company (KASE official list, second
subcategory of Non-rated debt securities, TKUDb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn;
03.11.06 - 03.11.11, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 15.00 % APR
as for the current coupon period; 30/360), was changed for KZ2C0Y05B830.
In this connection the KASE Board on August 12, 2009 made corresponding
changes in the KASE trading system and databases.
