/KASE, August 13, 09/ - Mining and processing combine Tort-Kudyk (Astana,
hereafter - the company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock
Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with copies of registered changes and
additions to the prospectus of issue of bonds KZ2PKY05B833 (KASE official list,
second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities; TKUDb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0
bn; 03.11.06 - 03.11.11, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 15.00 %
APR as for the current coupon period; 30/360) and certificate on state
registration of securities issue dated April 14, 2009, replacing the one granted
earlier.
According to the documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered changes and
additions to the prospectus of issue of the bonds;
- the certificate was replaced in connection with change of name and structure
of the company;
- national identification number of issue of the bonds was changed from
KZ2PKY05B833 to KZ2C0Y05B830;
- the issue of the bonds was registered with the State serial securities
register under No. B83.
