AFS approves report on maturity of bonds KZ2CKY03B864 (AKFIb1) of AMF Group (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, August 5, 09/ - AMF Group (Aktobe), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) dated July 20, 2009. According to the provided document AFS approved the report on results of maturity of bonds KZ2CKY03B864 (AKFIb1; KZT1,000, KZT4.0 bn; 05.04.06 - 05.04.09, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 12.00 % APR for the last coupon period) of AMF Group.
