/KASE, July 31, 09/ - By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Council decision KAZEXPORTASTYK-SECURITIES (Almaty) from July 31, 2009 is excluded from KASE categories "A", "K", "P" and "H" membership. This means that KAZEXPORTASTYK-SECURITIES is not any longer the KASE member and has not the right to trade any instruments. This decision was made based on KAZEXPORTASTYK-SECURITIES application of June 9, 2009 # 201/1 as the company voluntarily returned to the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations the license for brokerage and dealer activities on the securities market and refused mentioned KASE membership categories.
