/IRBIS, Valeriya Grichenko, July 9, 09/ - Ore mining and processing enterprise Tort-Kudyk JSC (Astana, hereafter - company), securities of which are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) provided KASE with the copy of protocol of general meeting of the shareholders dated March 24, 2009.
