/KASE, July 3, 09, re-sent due to the interest rate value adjustment/ - It was
informed the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on
July 2, 2009 listed on KASE in the first subcategory of Non-rated debt securities
bonds KZ2C0Y35D510 (KZT1,000; KZT190.0 bn; 03.07.09 - 03.07.44,
semiannual coupon 4.00 % APR, 30/360) of National wellbeing fund Samruk-
Kazyna (Astana).
The Listing commission's decision is effective July 3, 2009, as the issuer pays
KASE corresponding listing fees.
An additional note will be issued to inform on opening of trade in the bonds.
The registrar of National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna is Perviy nezavisimiy
registrator (Astana).
The KASE Board on July 2, 2009 assigned the bonds with a contracted
designation (trade code) SKKZb21.
