/KASE, July 1, 09/ - In the six months of 2009 government securities trade volume on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)* reached KZT514.1 bn (USD3,488.7 m) and grew against the same period of 2008 by 38.9 % (13.5 % in dollar terms). Trade volume declined 9.5 % (26.3 % in dollar terms) against the previous six month period (July-December 2008).
