May 28, KASE Exchange Council imposes sanctions on listing applicants violating information disclosure requirements

/KASE, May 29, 09/ - The Exchange Council of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) at its meeting on May 28, 2009 considered sanctions regarding listing applicants violating KASE information disclosure requirements and made the following decisions: - impose on Alternative Finance, Kazneftehim, KOSTANAY MINERALS, Almaty International Airport, Food contract corporation, Shymkent Munay Onimderi and Central Asia Cement penalty sanctions according to the Listing rules for violation of information disclosure requirements; - warn REMIX-R of imposing penalties in case of recurrent violation of requirements on information disclosure; - provide Alliance Bank, REMIX-R, Corporation Tsesna, ISKE SAT COMPANY and Premier Strakhovanie with additional terms for presentation of information required by KASE and impose on the listing applicants penalties according to the Listing rules.
