/KASE, May 27, 09/ - KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (Astana), shares of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list (KASE), disseminated today the following information: quotation start JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production ("the Company" or "KMG EP") announces that pursuant to the Share Buy Back Programme commenced on 24 November, 2008, on 26 May 2009 the Company acquired 1,052 of its ordinary shares (KASE:RDGZ) on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange at an average price of KZT 16,200 each.
