Eurasian Bank (Kazakhstan) leads increasing individual deposits among ten largest Kazakhstan banks in January-April 2009

/KASE, May 26, 09/ - Eurasian Bank (Almaty), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a press release: Quotation beginning Eurasian Bank remains a leader increasing individual deposits in January-April 2009. According to the Agency for financial supervision (AFS), in first 4 months of the current year individual deposits' volume in Eurasian Bank doubled, increasing by 105.9 % from the beginning of the year. This is the highest indicator as compared with ten largest Kazakh lenders (table 1). Meanwhile according to results of April individual deposit's increased in Eurasian Bank by KZT6,792,976 th., which is also the highest among the banks (table 2). Accordingly, in April, and in March, Eurasian Bank became a leader increasing deposits. "Recently international Euromoney acknowledged Eurasian Bank "The most reliable bank in Kazakhstan".
