/KASE, May 15, 09/ - Concern Tsesna-Astyk (Astana), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notified KASE the general meeting of members will be held May 18, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. with the following agenda: - on provision as collateral of compliance with obligations of Trade center Astykzhan before Subsidiary Bank Alfa-Bank as pledge for property: trade center building with the total area 14,029.4 sq. meters, with the right for private property for a land of 1.0703 hectare; - on provision to Subsidiary Bank of Alfa-Bank with the right on out-of-court sale of the property offered as a pledge in case of non-compliance or incomplete compliance with obligations of Trade center Astykzhan before the bank on the concluded KZT700.0 m. deal.
