Sole owner of Sumbe JSC (Kazakhstan) confirm annual financial statement and decide not to pay dividends on company's common shares for 2007

Mustagulova from April 23 and 29, 2009. According to the mentioned document shareholders of the company made the following decisions: - to close agreement with AKF Marka Audit LLP for providing audit of financial statements; - to confirm annual consolidated financial statements of the company for 2008; - to confirm the sum of consolidated net loss of the company for the reporting financial year 2008 in amount of KZT774,256,485.00; - do not pay dividends on common shares of the company by results of 2008.
