/KASE, May 8, 09/ - Kazkommerts Invest (Almaty), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE the copy of letter of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of April 23, 2009, according to which AFS "takes into consideration the information that from September 8, 2008 to March 8, 2009 Kazkommerts Invest bonds of the fist issue were not placed". According to AFS as of March 8, 2009 were not placed 1,029,800,000 mentioned bonds. KASE draws attention that the phrase "to March 8, 2009" means that either the data on the number of not placed bonds contained in the AFS letter should be understood not as of the eighth, but the ninth March of 2009 or - if the date is indicated correctly - it should be understood that the mentioned in the AFS letter period has ended not on the eighth of March of 2009, but the seventh March of 2009. The mentioned bonds (KZ2C0Y03C585, KKI_b1, KZT1, KZT4.0 bn; September 7, 07 - September 7, 10, the semi-annual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360) are included to KASE official list, the second subcategory of "Non- rated Debt Securities" category from September 7, 2007.
