/KASE, May 8, 09/ - Zhansaya-Producing (Almaty), a company listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of notification of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) dated February 10, 2009. According to the document AFS approved the report on placement of bonds KZ2C0Y05C523 (KASE official list, second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities category; ALVZb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; 04.05.07 - 04.05.12, semiannual coupon indexed to inflation rate, 11.70 % APR as for the current coupon period; 30/360) of Zhansaya-Producing.
