/KASE, May 7, 09/ - Sumbe (Almaty, hereinafter - the company), shares of which
are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided to KASE
the copy of registered new version of the company shares issue prospectus and
the copy of certificate on government registration of securities issue of April
21, 2009, replacing the previously issued one.
According to mentioned documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered the new
version of the company shares issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to the increase of the company
authorized shares number;
- the total number of authorized company shares (only common
KZ1C53370017) makes up 1,382,000 units;
- the company shares issue is included to the State Serial Securities Register
under number А5337;
- as of April 21, 2009 were offered 182,000 common shares of the company, its
authorized capital was formed in the size of KZT182,000,000.
