BTA Bank (Kazakhstan) intends to fund grain processing and flour production companies

/KASE, April 30, 09/ - BTA Bank (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE that BTA Bank within the government program on funding of agricultural companies at the expense of resources of NWF Samruk-Kazyna will fund grain processing and flour production companies, namely Almaty flour mill and Sultan - elevator - flour- macaroni complex. The funding total amount within implemented by NWF Samruk-Kazyna for the agricultural sector is over KZT11 bn, the funding period - 14 months, the final efficient rate for a borrower - not more than 12.5%. Today this program is the single for agricultural companies (large business), processing agricultural products. Moreover, BTA Bank at the expense of own resources allocated funds to these companies in the amount over KZT466 m, in particular, Almaty flour mill was allocated KZT410 m to procure wheat and barley, and Sultan - elevator - flour- macaroni complex - KZT56 m to procure wheat.
