/KASE, April 29, 09/ - REMIX-R (Almaty) informed the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the company paid the second coupon interest on bonds KZ2C0Y05C762 (KASE official list, second subcategory of Non-rated debt securities, RMXRb1; KZT1,000, KZT2.0 bn.; 29.12.07 - 29.12.12, semiannual coupon 12.00 % APR; 30/360). According to the message KZT80,739,180.00 of interest rate was paid (with account of income tax, collected at the source of payment in the amount KZT6,450,894.00). According to the message "through untimely payment of coupon interest on bonds of REMIX-R and in accordance with the prospectus of issue of bonds, KZT2,414,325.76 (two million four hundred fourteen thousand three hundred twenty five tenge seventy six tiyn) of fine was paid additionally for untimely payment of coupon interest."
