The registrar of the bank is Perviy nezavisimiy registrator (Almaty). According to the extract: - the total of declared common shares KZ1C34920013 is 38,286,050, preferred shares KZ1P34920119 - 100,000; - 33,616,968 common shares of the bank were offered, preferred shares of the bank were not for offer; - shareholders - 554; - the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the bank is National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), owning 25,246,343 common shares (75.10 % of the outstanding shares of the bank).
