The registrar of the bank is Tsentr DAR (Almaty). According to the extract: - the total of declared shares of the bank (common stock only KZ1C47810011) is 2,119,519 units; - 1,819,519 shares of the bank were offered; - the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the bank is National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), owning all outstanding shares of the bank.
