/KASE, April 13, 09/ - Doszhan Temir Zholy (DTZ) (Almaty, hereafter - the
company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
provided KASE with copies of the registered change to the prospectus of shares
of the company and the certificate on state registration of issue of securities
dated March 2, 2009 substituting the one granted earlier.
According to the documents:
- the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of
Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) registered a change in the
prospectus of issue of shares of the company;
- the certificate has been changed in connection with increase of declared
shares of the company;
- total of declared shares of the company (common stock only KZ1C52440019)
equals 4,261;
- the issue of shares of the company was registered with the State register of
serial securities under number А5244;
- as on March 2, 2009 1,171 common shares of the company were offered, its
authorized capital has been formed in the amount of KZT1,171,000,000.
