/KASE, April 9, 09/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Board from April 9, 2009 in KASE secondary market sector were opened trades
in bonds KZP02Y05C287 (KAFIb2; KZT1,000, KZT10.0 bn, March 10, 09 -
March 10, 14, the semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR, 30/360) of
KazAgroFinance (Astana).
In the KASE trading system the mentioned bonds are quoted accurate within the
fourth decimal of the bond clear price, expressed in percentage from the face
value.
RESMI Finance & Investment House (Almaty) will fulfill the market-maker
obligations on KASE with the mandatory quotation minimum volume for the
market-maker is set in the size of 2,600 bonds.
The mentioned bonds issue is the second within the first KazAgroFinance bond
program, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation
and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on October 12,
2006 to the total amount of KZT730.0 bn, and the mentioned issuer second
"internal" bonds issue, listed on KASE.
Pervy Nezavisimy Registrator (Almaty) is the company registrar.
The mentioned bonds were included into KASE official list by the "Rated Debt
Securities" category from March 10, 2009.
