Kaspi Bank (Kazakhstan) informs on small and medium size businesses crediting implementation

/KASE, April 6, 09/ - Kaspi Bank (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list (KASE), provided to KASE the press release on the following: quiotation start Kaspi Bank is actively cooperating with the Damu Fund for two years. During this time the bank issued to the small and medium size businesses (SMB) only within the Fund programs over KZT17 bn. as the long-term credits. Entrepreneurs received these resources for the business development across Kazakhstan. The Damu Fund third tranche makes up KZT6 bn. according to the recent data Kaspi Bank received from its 150 affiliates and branches 128 entrepreneurs applications to the amount of KZT5.3 bn. At present KZT1.5 bn. are already approved. - We started activities within this program at the year beginning. As a result prior to the moment of the Damu Fund third tranche allocation we already had within these KZT 6 bn. the majority of recourses at the level of applications and decisions made, - says the Head of Kaspi Bank Michael Lomtadze. - We have implemented the large work well in advance, and minimum 50% of this amount has already been approved. Nowadays we are documenting these credits. I would like to say that the received resources allocation will be strictly controlled by the bank and other authorized bodies. To receive the credit from Kaspi Bank within the government program, entrepreneurs must have the sustainable business during, at least, last 12 months, and the liquid pledge. Everyone must understand the responsibility for the government resources issue.
