/KASE, April 3, 09/ - Government securities (GS) trades volume during initial three months of 2009 on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange* made up KZT182.7 bn. (equivalent of USD1,287.0 m.) and decreased in comparison with the similar period of 2008 by 1.9 % (by 16.9 % in USD). In comparison with the previous three month period (October-December, 2008) the trades volume decreased by 44.6 % (by 53.1 % in USD).
