/KASE, April 1, 09/ - The Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided
on April 1, 2009 in accordance with items 9-1 and 9-2 of the KASE internal
document "Rules on Repo Transactions" and items 3-1 and 3-2 of the KASE
internal document "Specification on Automatic Repo" to impose a ban on use of
the following stocks as nego and automatic repo transaction subjects beginning
April 1, 2009:
1. common shares KZ1C11210016 (KASE official list, the third category, ALVZ)
of Almaty distillery plant;
2. preferred shares KZ1P11210112 (KASE official list, the third category,
ALVZp) of Almaty distillery plant;
3. bonds KZ2C0Y05C523 (KASE official list, the second subcategory of the
Non-rated debt securities category, ALVZb1 of Almaty distillery plant;
4. bonds KZ2CKY23B672 (KASE official list, the second subcategory of the
