/KASE, March 30, 09/ - Almaty distillery plant (Almaty), securities of which are
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), in its letter No. 107 dated March
30, 2009 provided KASE with a copy of the decision of the Special interregional
economical court of Almaty dated March 20, 2009.
According to the decision the Special interregional economical court of Almaty
ruled:

The court denied the claim of GTC LLP to acknowledge Almaty distillery plant.
The decision may be appealed and objected in the Almaty city court within 15
days through the Special interregional economical court of Almaty.

In the letter Almaty distillery plant additionally informed it is impossible to
"indicate specific or planned term of compliance with obligations by Almaty
distillery plant in regard of payment of coupon interest to creditors on bonds
until the court decision is effective".
