National company Food corporation (Kazakhstan) borrows loan from national Holding KazAgro in the amount KZT50.0 bn.

/KASE, March 31, 09/ - National company Food corporation (Astana), bonds of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE the following: Quotation start National company Food corporation (hereinafter - the Corporation) informs that on February 23, 2009 it signed loan agreement to the amount of KZT50 bn. with national Holding KazAgro (the sole shareholder) to borrow financial resources allocated from the National Fund for crediting producers of agricultural products for spring field and harvest works. The mentioned resources will be allocated during 2009 upon receipt of applications from producers of agricultural products. The debt on the above mentioned loan must be repaid by the Corporation till February 25, 2010. We also inform that on March 18, 2009, the Corporation partially repaid the loan received from Rabobank International in the amount of USD43,680,000. the remaining amount in the size of USD81,900,000 will be repaid in December 2009 and August 2010.
