infrastructural bonds KZ2CKY13B996 (KASE official list, the second
subcategory of "Non-rated Debt Securities", BTTRb1; KZT100, KZT18,830.0 m.;
March 30, 06 - March 30, 19, the annual coupon indexed on the inflation rate,
19.20 % APR for the current coupon period, 30/360) of Batys tranzit (Almaty),
informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) by the official letter of March 30,
2009 # 07.2.14/3631 with attachment of the copy of Batys tranzit letter of
March 25, 2009 # 278.
In the mentioned letter Batys tranzit informs on the following:

Today on account the company has about KZT1,512 m. In addition, till April 2,
2009 the company expects money inflow from shareholders in the amount of
KZT700 m. and till April 15, 2009 intake of resources for power services for
March and prepayment for April 2009 in the amount of KZT80 m. the remaining
part of the coupon the company intends to receive through bonds offering to the
amount of KZT1,108 m.
