/KASE, March 18, 09/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE)
Board from March 18, 2009 in KASE secondary market sector were opened
trades in bonds KZP07Y12D397 (SKKZb1; KZT1,000, KZT40.5 bn., March 13,
09 - March 13, 21, the semi-annual coupon 4.00 % APR, 30/360) of National
Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana).
In the KASE trading system the mentioned bonds are quoted accurate within the
fourth decimal of the bond clear price, expressed in percentage from the face
value.
The mentioned bonds issue is the seventh within the first National Welfare Fund
Samruk-Kazyna bond program, registered by the Agency of the Republic of
Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations on March 3, 2009 to the total amount of KZT750.0 bn., and the
mentioned issuer seventh "internal" bonds issue, listed on KASE.
The mentioned bonds were included into KASE official list by the first
subcategory of "Non-rated Debt Securities" category from March 13, 2009.
