Bonds KZP16Y11D390 (SKKZb16) of National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna listed on KASE in first subcategory in Non-rated debt securities category

/KASE, March 18, 09/ - The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on March 17, 2009 made a decision to include in the KASE official list in the first subcategory of the Non-rated debt securities category bonds KZP16Y11D390 (KZT1,000, KZT34.5 bn., 11 years, semiannual coupon 4.00 % APR, 30/360) of National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana). The effective date of the decision of the Listing commission will be announced in an additional note as the issuer pays corresponding listing fees. Opening of trade in the bonds on KASE will as well be announced in an additional note. The issue of the bonds is the sixteenth within the first bond program of National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on March 3, 2009 for the total of KZT750.0 bn., and the sixteenth issue of domestic bonds of the issuer listed on KASE. The registrar of National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna is Perviy nezavisimiy registrator (Almaty). The KASE Board on March 18, 2009 assigned the bonds with a contracted designation (trade code) SKKZb16.
