/KASE, March 10, 09/ - As informed previously, by the decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Committee of February 26, 2009
bonds KZP02Y05C287 (KZT1,000; KZT10.0 bn.; March 10, 09 - March 10,
14, the semi-annual coupon 13.00 % APR, 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC
(Astana) were included into KASE official list, by the category of "Rated Debt
Securities".
This Listing Committee decision is effective from March 10, 2009 as the
issuer paid KASE corresponding listing fees.
The trades opening on KASE in mentioned bonds will be announced
additionally.
The issue of the indicated bonds is the second within the first bond program
of KazAgroFinance, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan
on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial
Organizations on October 12, 2006 for the total of KZT30.0 bn., and the
second issue of internal bonds of the issuer, which passed through KASE
listing procedure.
Perviy nezavisimiy registrator (Almaty) keeps the mentioned bonds holders'
registers system.
By the decision of KASE Board from February 27, 2009 the mentioned bond
were assigned the abbreviation (the trading code) KAFIb2.
