Botakoz Kopbaeva was elected as deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Kazpost. Botakoz Kopbaeva graduated from Almaty banking college, Almaty institute for economy and statistics and Russian academy of state service at Russian president. She worked in a chancellery of the prime-minister of Kazakhstan, in social and economical department of the Office of Kazakhstan President, Ministry of Finance of Kazakhstan, headed office of the Ministry of economy and budget planning of Kazakhstan, was assistant to the Minister of Economy and Budget planning of Kazakhstan, and managing director - a member of the management board of the Fund of sustainable development Kazyna. Before 2008 she was President of the Kazakhstan Center for Assistance to Kazinvest Investment.
