According to the extract: - the total of authorized stock of the company (common stock only KZ1C41590015) made up 50,634,091 units; - 47,150,191 shares were offered; - the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of outstanding shares of the company is National holding KazAgro (Astana), owning all outstanding shares of the company.
