19.20 % APR for the current coupon period, 30/360) of Batys Tranzit (Almaty),
provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) the copy of its letter of
February 18, 2009 # 7.2.14/1827, where informs on the following:

ATFBank based on the Agreement on representation of bonds holders interests
of January 4, 06, signed with the Issuer, and the Agreement of Guarantee
#DP2002 of January 9, 06, signed with the Government of the Republic of
Kazakhstan in the person of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, in writing agrees to make changes in the Agreement of Guarantee
#2DP002 of January 9, 06, in terms of the increase of the indemnity amount from
