/IRBIS, Raushan Tundybayeva, February 16, 09/ - According to IRBIS, the National Bank of Kazakhstan ended the period of February 9 - 13, 2009 on the primary GS market with the following results. Having paid notes at KZT7,643.0 m., the issuer borrowed KZT15,577.2 m. at one auction. Thus, the weekly net borrowing balance of the National Bank, resulted in plus KZT7,934.1 m. IRBIS estimates the weekly net borrowing balance of all GS issuers at plus KZT14,257.5 m. The "minus" sign in the balance indicator means the indicated sum was withdrawn from the issuer (issuers) budget and remained at investors, the "plus" sign - for the indicated sum means the issuer (issuers) borrowed more than paid.
